, was incorporated

Delaware
in October 2002 as a
wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOC).
The Company was spun-off from iVoice in February 2004 as
a dividend to iVoice shareholders.
The Company’s primary operating unit, SWK Technologies,
was acquired in June 2004, and is rapidly increasing sales and
is expanding geographically.
Trey Resources operates as its
own independent company now.
