Omnicity Corp. Now One of the Largest Fixed Wireless Internet Providers in the Country through Completion of Six Acquisitions Recent News: 8/7/09 - Omnicity Chooses Cisco to Deploy Mobile Broadband; 7/7/09 - Omnicity Positioned to Attract Stimulus Funding through Mandate to Bring High Speed Internet to Underserved Rural Areas of U.S. Strong Fundamental and Technical Reasons Support our View that OMCY is Ready to Run Now! Yes, The Green Baron Report has decided to get extremely active due to a red hot market where low priced stocks are jumping left and right. We have initiated coverage of a long list of stocks over the past six weeks and pegged most of them right at their short-term bottom. TODAY, we have decided to pick yet another one. Don’t be shy here members, this one is going to really pop in our opinion. The Green Baron Report is proud to announce that Omnicity Corp. (BB: OMCY) is officially our 77th fully profiled stock and will be added to our storied list of previously profiled stocks on our home page. Results compiled from the most recent trade possible prior to dissemination of this report to the subsequent high will be monitored at www.thegreenbaron.com. Although we have very aggressive short and long term expectations for this stock, we still suggest our members try to accumulate as close to the profile price as possible. TRADING NOTES: OMCY just went public in February 2009 and is a fully reporting Company that trades on NASDAQ’s OTC Bulletin Board. The spread on OMCY is typically very tight (usually only a one or two cent spread) with representation by many market makers. OMCY looks like it has held a short-term bottom and is beginning to head back up. OMCY had a move in early May that took its shares from about .75 per share to .95 per share on volume one day of nearly a million shares. Most likely, this was a leg jerk reaction to a research report issued by Beacon Equity analyst Lisa Springer, CFA who put out 15-page report and a price target of $1.30 per share for OMCY. See report at http://issuu.com/beaconequity/docs/omcy. Omnicity Corp. provides wireless broadband internet access, including advanced services of voice, video and data, in un-served and underserved rural markets in Midwestern United States. Omnicity is planning to be the premier consolidator of rural market broadband providers nationwide. Its strategy is to provide a total broadband solution and be the leading rural wireless internet service provider (WISP) to residents, businesses, governments and schools in the United States. A total of six companies have been officially acquired by Omnicity to date. They include: Forepoint Networks, North Central Communications, NDWave, Clinton County Wireless, CulCom, and Rushville Wireless, LLC. Most of the companies provide coverage inside the state of Indiana. We find it to be a common theme that previous owners see a bright future in the business model of Omnicity and are taking stock for their portion of ownership. The Green Baron Report views this as a significant vote of confidence in the management of Omnicity and their vision. In their quest to deliver "Broadband to the Heartland", Omnicity is leading the way in wireless, fiber optic and now DSL services. Omnicity began offering services originally in 2003 with their first wireless tower in rural Indiana. Omnicity has continued to grow by building, buying and partnering with other providers of broadband in the rural markets. Omnicity completed the process of becoming a public company in February 2009 and is now one of the largest fixed wireless providers in the country. Omnicity has mapped out a major expansion strategy that will allow it to grow into neighboring states of Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois. Omnicity has partnered with Afterimage GIS to map out new territories for growth and efficiency. The partnership should produce significant operating expense savings for the Company and dramatically accelerate speed to market. Cisco - Major Strategic Technology Decision Just Announced Friday, August 7 On Friday, August 7, 2009, Omnicity Corp. announced a major strategic technology decision by choosing Cisco to deploy wireless broadband service throughout its network. In order to increase mobile broadband coverage and bandwidth, Omnicity is migrating from the 802.11 wireless standard to the WiMAX 802.16e standard using Cisco's Broadband Wireless Access (BWX) WiMAX antennas and base stations. Omnicity uses Cisco equipment at its core and has already deployed Cisco's BWX platform in a portion of its network. Omnicity will leverage this experience working with Cisco to deploy Cisco's BWX platform throughout the remainder of its network, which should further accelerate the pace of Omnicity's goal to be rural America's premier consolidator and rural broadband service provider. The agreement with Cisco will also give Omnicity access to Cisco's vendor financing program, systems engineering, technical assistance and its planned About Omnicity, Inc. Our vision is to be the first broadband service provider to expand its network across rural America Omnicity Corp is a public company based in Indiana providing broadband access, including advanced services of voice, video and data, in un-served and underserved small and rural markets and is planning to be the premier consolidator of rural market broadband nationwide. Omnicity's strategy is to provide a total broadband solution and continue rapid growth through acquisitions, organic growth and continue to partner with Rural Electric Membership Co-ops and Rural Telephone Companies. The Company has proven its business model to be highly successful on a regional basis. Omnicity has an experienced broadband operations team with extensive wireless broadband/ISP expertise as well as the expertise to consolidate large numbers of businesses through its roll-up strategy. The exceptional value proposition is that Omnicity can provide high speed internet access on a mass basis to rural America at a significantly lower cost and more expeditiously than wire or fiber optics, in a 40 million potential user market that has to date been left without comprehensive service. In the future, Omnicity will also provide numerous other value added services for its customers including VOIP and video on demand. Omnicity’s Market Opportunity · 40 million rural and small market homes and businesses · Un-served or underserved high speed internet and VOIP · Abundance of small independent wireless internet providers with valuable spectrum as acquisition targets · Opportunity to consolidate this large market through smart acquisitions, build out, and service enhancements · Low cost base provider compared to wired broadband POISED FOR GROWTH The Company is poised to make strategic acquisitions of additional independently owned WISPs in Indiana and has over a dozen additional attractive acquisitions teed up on favorable terms. By the end of fiscal 2009 Omnicity expects to have networks in approximately 100 additional rural markets by a combination of acquisition and build-out where there is pent-up demand for high-speed internet and other broadband services. In its existing and new markets combined, Omnicity is projected to have more than 15,000 subscribers by the end of the first year after funding and more than 33,800 by the end of the second year, and generate $5.7 million and $17.2 million of revenues in those years respectively. The Company plans to reach 77,000 subscribers with $57.2 million EBITDA over the next five years. The highly scalable nature of its operating systems and structure should help enable Omnicity to achieve profitability as it expands its subscriber base, achieving EBITDA breakeven within fiscal 2009. In addition to providing broadband data and voice services to consumers and businesses, Omnicity is beginning to leverage its network to add customized high-margin business applications, such as redundant Internet connections and point-to-point wireless connectivity to large businesses. Additionally, Omnicity is currently negotiating to partner with regional and national Telcos for the delivery of voice services and negotiating with DirecTV for resell agreements to expand service offerings to include full broadband: internet, VOIP, and video. Today Omnicity uses standards-based wireless equipment for license-exempt spectrum. The Company is evolving its technology and spectrum strategy as it becomes more opportune and cost effective to utilize licensed spectrum and related equipment. Omnicity has migrated to the next generation of 900MHz and 2.4GHz equipment and is realizing construction and installation cost reductions and dramatic performance enhancements. The Company deploys its distribution networks by installing this latest generation equipment collocated on cellular and other commercial towers, municipally or privately owned structures, and tall silos or rooftops. To that end, the Federal Communications Commission recently granted Omnicity a 3.65MHz national license. Backhaul is provided via point-to-point and/or fiber connection through favorable agreements with such entities as Time Warner Telecom. The broad availability of the network and customer premise equipment, coupled with Omnicity’s standardized process for building a market, allows it to launch services in a market typically within 3 months of beginning the network planning and construction. Omnicity is typically able to achieve positive cash flow at a market level (excluding corporate level allocations) within 6 months from the commencement of service. Investment Highlights · Existing owned and initial acquisition networks are generating positive market level cash flows and continued customer growth · Numerous opportunistic acquisitions available · Expansion into 100 additional small/rural markets over the next 18 months · “Scalable” development approach in each new market for efficiency · New markets build out in 3 months and cash flow positive in 6 months · Market security and stability from strong partnerships with REMCs and local communities (“bundled” service concept with incumbent member owned cooperatives. · Highly qualified management team with deep wireless ISP, broadband, subscriber operations, transaction, and multi-system operating experience. · Low up front capital expenditures using standards based equipment · Low operating costs through centralized management of all networks and operations · Migration to advanced wireless standards (WiMax) and licensed spectrum as it becomes cost effective upon reaching critical mass benchmarks Recent Key Press Releases Friday, August 7, 2009 – Omnicity Chooses Cisco to Deploy Mobile Broadband – Move to 4G WiMax Technology will Increase Coverage and Bandwidth - RUSHVILLE, Ind., Aug. 7, 2009 - Omnicity Corp. (OTCBB: OMCY) announced a major strategic technology decision by choosing Cisco to deploy wireless broadband service throughout its network. Greg Jarman, CEO of Omnicity, said, "There are only a few carrier-grade WiMAX vendors out there today, and we are excited to have chosen Cisco as our strategic equipment supplier. Its prowess in the network world is one of the best and with their BWX platform they are delivering an end-to-end Internet Protocol Next-Generation Network that delivers the best indoor coverage and portable mobile performance in the industry. The agreement with Cisco will also give us access to Cisco's vendor financing program, systems engineering, technical assistance and our planned stimulus grant writing. Having selected a vendor, we now turn our attention to spectrum holders around the country." Omnicity will now look to add advanced services such as VOIP, IPTV and mobile communications using Cisco's BWX platform to increase its number of customers and average revenue per customer. With more than 200 tower locations currently, Omnicity can choose the appropriate locations to deploy these new services quickly. Jarman went on to say, "Rarely do service providers in the U.S. lead with new technology in the rural marketplace. Traditionally, the high density areas are targeted first. However, we have developed a proven business model, through strategic alliances and acquisitions, to take these services to where there is the largest demand." Thursday, July 30, 2009 – Omnicity Appoints New Chief Operating Officer - Omnicity Corp. has named David Bradford as the Chief Operating Officer, replacing Greg Jarman who was promoted to Chief Executive Officer last month. Mr. Bradford joined Omnicity in early 2008 on a consulting basis to help guide Omnicity through the transition to a public company and into an aggressive growth mode over the last fifteen months. He has served as the Vice President of Corporate Development since February 2009. "We are excited to have David Bradford on our team and lend his years of experience in managing the acquisition and growth process of the Company. He has been instrumental in our strategic plan to become a major consolidator of the rural market broadband industry nationwide," stated Greg Jarman, CEO of Omnicity. Mr. Bradford has devoted the majority of his senior management career to the telecommunications industry. From 1977 through 1987 he served in executive positions at the Chicago Tribune's broadcast and cable television divisions. Positions included Vice President and General Manager for Tribune Cable Communications, Vice President of Operations for WGN Electronic Systems Company, and Director of Strategic Planning for Tribune Cable and subsidiaries. After leaving the Tribune companies Mr. Bradford served as President of Empire Communications and Bradford Communications, Inc., both rural cable television multi-system operators. Mr. Bradford subsequently served as President of National Telsat, Inc., a rural wireless television and data provider. Mr. Bradford brings thirty years of successful subscriber based telecommunications operating experience to the Omnicity team as well as management and oversight of numerous debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and restructurings. Mr. Bradford commented, "I am excited at the opportunity to serve the Company in this capacity. We have a great market opportunity, a wonderful and talented team of professionals from top to bottom, and a solid executable plan." Monday, July 27, 2009 - Omnicity Completes Another Acquisition - Omnicity Corp., the Midwest's largest fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) continues to aggressively move forward with its plan to become a premier consolidator in the WISP industry by acquiring the subscribers and network infrastructure of Rushville, Indiana based Rushville Internet Services, LLC. This acquisition serves as a springboard for Omnicity to begin expanding service into southern Indiana. Greg Jarman, CEO of Omnicity, said "Acquiring Rushville Internet was strategically very important to us. By acquiring the assets of this company we pick up 450 customers and control of 10 important access points along the southern edge of our network. In addition to the top line revenue growth, it gives us a good stepping off point as we start to push south as well as north and west." To further enhance the services available to these newly acquired subscribers, Omnicity plans to add Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VOIP) and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) throughout the coverage area over fiber optic and WiMax wireless technology. The acquisition of Rushville Internet's customers and network infrastructure was completed on July 23, 2009 as an all stock transaction. This transaction is the fifth strategic acquisition completed by Omnicity in as many months. Aside from organic growth, these acquisitions have allowed Omnicity to continue along its path to become one of the largest rural broadband providers across the United States. This rapid expansion has allowed Omnicity to increase its client base exponentially and enter into provider contracts such as the recently announced multi-year contract with Educational Networks of America. Friday, July 10, 2009 – Omnicity Enters Into Multiyear Contract with Educational Networks of America - Omnicity Corp. has taken the next step in their mission of becoming the premier provider of broadband services in the unserved and underserved rural market place of America by signing a multiyear contract with Educational Networks of America (ENA) to provide services to Blackford County Schools in East Central Indiana. Omnicity will provide a carrier grade licensed wireless connection to the school system that will more than triple the current bandwidth capacity. Greg Jarman, CEO of Omnicity, stated "We plan for this to be the first of many schools where we will work with ENA to provide much needed services to the rural communities throughout Indiana." Several national reports published in the last couple of years have focused on the importance of access to broadband for education as well as directly linking broadband services to economic development and overall global competitiveness. Broadband services are now widely recognized as a critical success factor in education and community services. "The Blackford County Schools solution is a prime example of how ENA works with local service providers such as Omnicity to bring high speed broadband to traditionally underserved communities," commented Merle Gruesser, ENA's State Director for Indiana. Tuesday, July 7, 2009 - Omnicity Positioned to Attract Stimulus Funding - Responding to President Obama and Congress' mandate to bring high speed internet to underserved rural areas of the United States, Omnicity Corp (OTCBB:OMCY) will be applying to the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), Department of Agriculture, and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), Department of Commerce in response to their notices of stimulus funding that were released in detail last week. Omnicity has been delivering advanced telecommunications services to rural areas of the Midwest since 2003 and has developed a business model that is positioned to take full advantage of the broadband initiatives established pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Greg Jarman, CEO of Omnicity, stated, "We have put together an alliance, that we will announce over the next month, which will dramatically accelerate Omnicity's overall plan to deploy a carrier grade fiber optic and wireless network across the entire State of Indiana as well as several other states where we are working on our acquisition strategy, thus duplicating this alliance and stimulus funding across several states. We believe that if we are successful in this application that it will be a tremendous benefit to unserved rural citizens across the Midwest, a healthy boost to the State of Indiana and the regional economy, and a great benefit to our Company and our shareholders." RUS has established the "Broadband Initiatives Program" (BIP) which will extend loans, grants and loan/grant combinations to facilitate broadband deployment in rural areas. NTIA has established the "Broadband Technology Opportunities Program" (BTOP) which makes available grants for deploying broadband infrastructure in unserved and underserved areas of the United States, enhancing broadband capacity at public computer centers and promoting sustainable broadband adoption projects. In facilitating the expansion of broadband communications services and infrastructure, both programs will advance the objectives of the Recovery Act to spur job creation and stimulate long-term economic growth and opportunity. Tuesday, June 23, 2009 – Omnicity Appoints New CEO - The Board of Directors has appointed Greg Jarman as the CEO of Omnicity Corp. (OTCBB:OMCY) replacing outgoing Richard ("Dick") Beltzhoover who has resigned to focus on the role as Chairman. Greg Jarman has been the chief architect of Omnicity's rural broadband focus and its long term development strategy. Mr. Jarman has been with the Company since 2003, Chief Operating Officer since 2006 and President since 2008. Mr. Beltzhoover, along with Mr. Jarman, has guided Omnicity through the transition to a public company and into an aggressive growth mode over the last fifteen months. Richard Beltzhoover commented, "I felt this was an ideal time for me to resign as CEO and allow a new CEO to take over as the company enters a new period of growth and expansion. The company has ambitious plans and the energy, enthusiasm and experience of Greg make him ideally suited to taking over as CEO. This change allows me to focus my energies at the board level while Greg continues to focus on management and the growth of the Company." Greg Jarman stated, "I want to thank Dick for his vision and outstanding commitment to the company. Dick has been my mentor and partner growing the business and I look forward to his continued leadership as Chairman of the Board. We are continuing to adapt and grow our management team for the coming expansion of the markets in which we compete. I am excited about our future and continuing expanding our markets, customer base and offering." Wednesday, June 17, 2009 – Omnicity Adds Two More Counties by Acquisition - Omnicity Corp., the Midwest's largest fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), continues forward with its plan to become the premier consolidator of the WISP industry by acquiring the business and network infrastructure of Culver, Indiana-based CulCom. The addition of CulCom allows Omnicity to continue to provide services in underserved areas in northern Indiana as Omnicity continues to bring broadband to the heartland. Greg Jarman, COO of Omnicity, said, "The acquisition of CulCom represents an important addition to the Omnicity network by adding a strong customer base in a strategic REMC region that adds coverage to the north of its current network." CulCom began operations in 2002 by bringing broadband services to the rural underserved areas of North Central Indiana in Marshall and Fulton Counties. Rich Systma, founder and President of CulCom, added, "We have brought broadband services into an area that had nothing but dial up Internet. We have grown as much as we can and we now look to Omnicity to continue to build out this area where the need is huge for advanced broadband services." Omnicity plans to add additional towers and higher speeds to the CulCom network to make it WiMax compatible and plans to add Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VOIP) and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) throughout the coverage area over fiber optic and WiMax wireless technology. This transaction represents the sixth acquisition in the last three months since the Company went public in February 2009. Monday, June 8, 2009 – Omnicity Announces Two More Wisp Acquisitions and Engages Bowen Advisors - Omnicity Corp. is pleased to announce the engagement of Bowen Advisors from Boston, Massachusetts to lead it through a secondary equity offering. Bowen has been retained to raise up to $10 million in staged financings over a period of time to fund Omnicity's growth plan. Greg Jarman, COO of Omnicity, stated, "In a very short period of time, we have been able to capture significant market share and prove out our acquisition strategy, and the execution is going well. Engaging a firm the caliber of Bowen to help financially ramp up the acquisition pace, the organic growth program, and to expand into additional product lines was the next step in our plan." Omnicity also announced today the signing of Letters of Intent to acquire two more Indiana wireless Internet providers. Clinton County Wireless will be acquired in a stock for assets transaction. This acquisition strategically completes the coverage areas between Omnicity and three earlier acquisitions ForePoint Networks, North Central Communications and NDWave. Omnicity also is acquiring the assets of Rushville Wireless, LLC in an all stock deal that gives Omnicity a dominant role in the East Central Indiana area as the premier provider of broadband Internet services. One of the owners of Rushville Wireless, LLC, Tom Tully, added, "I see the bright future in the business model that Omnicity is doing and I chose to take all stock for my portion of the ownership of Rushville Wireless." The addition of these two companies shows further confidence that Wireless Internet Providers are looking for leadership from Omnicity to be the key consolidator of rural broadband providers across the United States. Wednesday, May 27, 2009 – Omnicity Maps Out Major Expansion with Afterimage GIS - Omnicity Corp. continues to move forward in its nationwide expansion plan and has partnered with Afterimage GIS to map out major new territories for growth and efficiency. Omnicity, in their first quarter as a publicly held company, has tripled in size through acquisition and is focused on their 17,000 square mile coverage area to increase their customer base through internal growth. The partnership with Afterimage GIS gives Omnicity the marketing and planning tool that is key to more fully understanding the markets they serve as well as more precisely defining important elements of the markets where the Company plans to grow. Greg Jarman, COO of Omnicity commented, "We look forward to working with another Indiana-based company and we are very impressed with the management team at Afterimage GIS. They bring many years of wireless experience and their 3-D mapping solution will allow us to grow into our neighboring states of Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois much more efficiently." Afterimage GIS Co-Founder and CEO Paul Shanayda stated, "Our mapping service can accurately predict signal strength along with other metrics for households and businesses across the U.S." We have partnered with Omnicity because we see its vision and leadership role in the WiMax and fiber optic industry and have chosen to share in its corporate growth as well." The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 has allocated $7.2 billion dollars for connecting rural and underserved communities in America with broadband Internet. To aid in the identification and deployment process of these communities, Afterimage GIS has developed several products and services that will assist rural America. Mr. Shanayda added, "With stimulus dollars being allocated for broadband development, Afterimage GIS's solution can help Omnicity secure these grants and supply information to help make their deployments successful." The Omnicity partnership with Afterimage should produce significant operating expense savings for the Company and dramatically accelerate speed to market. Afterimage's tools will help Omnicity determine the best ways to bring its broadband services to a rural county, whether by one of its various wireless options or by fiber. Tuesday, May 19, 2009 – Omnicity Kicks Off DSL Program Across 38 States - Omnicity Corp. announced today the release of DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) services in 38 states in the United States. The Company hosted an installation meeting and training seminar at Wabash REMC meeting facility to train all of the installers on the DSL process. The Company continues to move forward with a push on the Municipality marketplace and the release of its DSL product line opens the door to reaching the rural municipality. Initially, Omnicity will focus on DSL services within municipalities included in the current wireless coverage areas throughout the Midwest. In their quest to deliver "Broadband to the Heartland", Omnicity is leading the way in wireless, fiber optic and now DSL services. Vice President of Customer Service and Inside Sales, Janine Shockley added, "This allows us to say 'no' to fewer customers that are unable to get our wireless or fiber optic services. We look at the DSL service as another tool in our belt to service customers throughout Rural America." Omnicity began offering services originally in 2003 with their first wireless tower in Rural Indiana. Omnicity has continued to grow by building, buying and partnering with other providers of broadband in the rural markets. Omnicity completed the process of becoming a public company in February 2009 and is now one of the largest fixed wireless providers in the country. Tuesday, May 12, 2009 – Omnicity Issues Corporate Update - David Bradford, VP of Corporate Development for Omnicity Corp. (OTCBB:OMCY), the fastest growing fixed broadband service provider in the Midwest, today issued a formal corporate update summarizing the milestones achieved and the status of Omnicity's aggressive growth plan through acquisitions and organic growth. Bradford stated, "In the first 12 weeks since completing the public listing of Omnicity we are well ahead of schedule on our short-term plan goals. In less than 100 days we have brought in significant investor funding, secured a valuable credit agreement, closed four important acquisitions, enhanced the organization's operations and management for quality growth with some critical hires, and have begun to execute on municipal fiber as well as residential wireless revenue strategies. In twelve short weeks we have tripled the subscriber and revenue base, tripled the tower asset base, more than quadrupled the size of our service area, and operating metrics are right on track. We are exceptionally pleased with these short-term results and are now poised to advance to the next phase of the plan." Omnicity's four acquisitions to date were of Indiana-based wireless internet service providers. NDWave, ForePoints, North Central Communications, and Cue Connex were strategically important buys for Omnicity, not only tripling the subscribers and revenue, but also delivering key employees and important integral elements to the distribution system. With these acquisitions, Omnicity now serves over 6,000 subscribers; the Company's short-term strategic plan is to increase our subscriber base in the Midwestern U.S., through more acquisitions and organic growth, and quickly expanding into all Midwestern States and eventually across all of rural America. "Our model is based on a fully enriched and integrated broadband experience for all elements of the rural marketplace: individual residents, businesses, schools, and local governmental entities. We have begun to execute on all dimensions of the plan, with great acceptance," Bradford said. Over the last 12 weeks Omnicity has strengthened alliances and marketing agreements with several Indiana Rural Electric Cooperatives, formed new service partnerships with independent rural telephone companies, and has developed a comprehensive package of mobile broadband applications and meter reading applications for utilities, municipalities and local water districts. This week, Omnicity kicks off its fiber construction program with a project to build a fiber optic network for the City of Lebanon, Indiana, tying Lebanon Utilities to Lebanon Community Schools. Omnicity has also achieved success raising money in support of its aggressive development schedule. Omnicity has entered into a $1 million credit facility with Agility Ventures to fund capital expenditures for network and subscriber growth and has raised additional funds through an equity private placement. These funds were added to our working capital. Bradford concluded by stating, "Although we are on a very ambitious growth plan, our model is quite prudent financially. Each acquisition brings significant incremental cash flow to the bottom line, new subscriber installs are reaching break even more quickly than expected, and we intend to further fund up, build upon these early successes, and accelerate the plan." The Company expects to win customers by providing superior service and offerings at a competitive or even lower price than its competition, and the quality of its name should spread as quickly as its range of coverage to service more communities. Omnicity is projected to go profitable towards the end of fiscal 2009 and remain profitable with increasing margins as it grows to over $76 million in revenues by the end of year five of its business plan. It plans to develop a nationwide wireless network that is focused on the needs of rural America. If Omnicity continues to prove successful as a premier consolidator of rural market broadband internet service, it will likely find itself as the one being acquired. The Green Baron Report believes OMCY is being headed by a top-notch management team that will deliver strong partnerships, growth, and new revenue streams. We strongly suggest members snap up shares as close to our profile price as possible and look for strong gains over the next several weeks and months. This is absolutely the right time to own OMCY!
