Click Here for FRDM Stock Chart Click Here for Free Level II Quotes on FRDM In July of this year, The Green Baron Report initiated coverage of Freedom Environmental as a “Stock Alert”. FRDM proceeded to rally from our profile price of .0199 to hit a high the following week at .06 per share. It was a move of over 200% at its highest level which by most measures would be considered a major success. However, we believe FRDM should have continued its rally above .10 per share and into the teens by now. Instead, the stock has drifted back down near our original “Stock Alert” price in spite of improving fundamentals. Now, The Green Baron Report is officially making Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (PK: FRDM) our 90th Green Baron “Stock Pick” since inception; our strongest level of coverage. In fact, we suggest members accumulate FRDM at prices below .06 per share even though it can be purchased much lower as of yesterday’s close. Results compiled from the most recent trade prior to dissemination of this report to the subsequent high will be closely monitored at www.thegreenbaron.com and through email updates to members. We have very aggressive price projections for FRDM and believe the stock has huge upside potential based on several positive fundamental and technical factors. TRADER’S NOTES: FRDM is a fully registered and reporting company traded on the Pinksheets and OTCQB. The stock is represented by a numerous active market makers that keep a tight spread on the stock. The high bid and low offer is typically about a tenth or two tenths of a cent. We suggest members click the link above to get free level II real-time quotes. In April and May of this year, FRDM was trading at prices mostly between .07 and .30 per share. In June, FRDM weakened further and in July it hit its year low. FRDM rallied several times in late July and August, but over the past week in September FRDM dipped back below .03 per share for the first time in about a month. FRDM still has the ability to rally 100 to 200% in a day due in part to an extremely low float and low market cap. Freedom Environmental Services, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is a "Green" wastewater management company that provides the most comprehensive, cost-effective and reliable treatment systems and services. Freedom offers conventional wastewater treatment processes and systems, disinfection systems and cleaning contracts. The Company has signed agreements to sell its recycled grease for use in biofuel production. Freedom has structured contracts with many of Florida’s major chain food restaurants to collect their yellow and fry grease. Freedom now has the ability to recycle the grease and make a substantial profit with companies that refine biodiesel. Volume is expected to increase substantially over the next year, and the Company is constantly evaluating how to capitalize on this business opportunity and improve its profit margins. In late July of this year, Freedom announced two very important acquisitions. Together with its existing business, Freedom is now positioned to deliver total revenues of over $6 million over the next year at margins of 12 to 15%. 1. Brownies Wastewater Solutions - Brownies Wastewater Solutions has been serving Central Florida's needs, maintaining a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, since 1948. Working in conjunction with the Department of Environmental Protection, major utility providers, and local health departments, Brownies provides immediate assistance and solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential waste management and disposal. Brownies management has represented to Freedom that its company has six core lines of business with annual revenues in excess of $4.5 million. 2. Vac and Jet Services - Vac and Jet Services provides "green solutions" for lift station, storm and sewer system services through Central and Northern Florida. Vac and Jet clients include Lennar and The Coca-Cola Company; its gross reoccurring revenue averaged $700,000 per year. Management believes that the addition of the Vac and Jet technologies to Freedom Environmental's green wastewater services will allow Freedom to gain an even greater market share in Central and Northern Florida 3. Freedom’s Existing Wastewater and Grease Collection Businesses – Freedom has announced that it can produce revenues of $1 million a year from the sale of recycled yellow grease to be processed into biofuel. Additionally, its conventional wastewater treatment systems and services, disinfection systems and cleaning contracts contribute to the total revenue picture. In total, we expect Freedom to conservatively gross over $6 million in revenues and about $1 million in net profit over the next year. We believe these numbers can grow substantially if Freedom can improve margins, gain new business, or expand into other states. Regardless, we strongly believe FRDM stock remains significantly undervalued at the current level. The current market cap of FRDM at .025 per share is just over $2 million. We believe FRDM ought to trade at two times sales which would put the stock at about .14 per share. If FRDM only netted a penny per share next year in earnings, at just 15 times earnings it would traded at .15 per share. There is a chance FRDM could blow these numbers away which would increase our fair value price projection substantially higher. The Green Baron Report maintains that FRDM is an absolute steal at any price under .06 per share and we expect FRDM to be well over .10 per share over the near-term. Recent Key Press Releases Thursday, July 29, 2010 - Central Florida Lift Station Service Company, Vac and Jet Services, LLC, Acquired By Freedom Environmental - Expands Freedom's Market in High Growth Central and Northern Florida - ORLANDO, Fla., (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freedom Environmental Services (Pink Sheets: FRDM) announced today that it has closed the cash purchase of all the assets of Vac and Jet Services, LLC. Vac and Jet Services, a lift station maintenance and repair company based in Central Florida, has proven technology and service solutions for most wastewater solutions. Vac and Jet Services has the technology to provide turnkey solutions for most wastewater service needs, including Specialized Waste and Debris Removal and Hydro Excavating. Management believes that the addition of the Vac and Jet technologies to Freedom Environmental's green wastewater services will allow Freedom to gain an even greater market share in Central and Northern Florida. Vac and Jet clients include Lennar and The Coca-Cola Company; its gross reoccurring revenue averaged $700,000 per year. Management believes, but cannot guarantee, with this addition to its already existing companies, that it will exceed current stated reoccurring revenues. "We believe this acquisition is an integral part of our growth strategy expanding our market base into the rest of Central and Northern Florida," said Freedom CEO, Michael Borish. "The newly-acquired equipment and services are also part of our green technology mandate and optimize our wastewater solutions while promoting a green and sustainable environment." Management believes that the global market for green technologies is estimated to grow to $700 billion by the end of 2010 on the back of demand for advanced and efficient distribution, collection, transfer, and treatment solutions. Numerous green technologies are being used for optimum water and wastewater treatment and promoting green and sustainable environment. This green movement includes optimum water and wastewater management among utilities and industries. Companies are increasingly resorting to green technologies to not only conserve resources, but to also save costs. Tuesday, July 27, 2010 - Freedom Environmental Contracts with Pristine Biodiesel for 12,000 Gallons of Yellow Grease Per Week - Estimated Gross Revenue of over $1 million to Freedom - Freedom Environmental Services announced today that it has begun weekly delivery in the estimation of as much as 12,000 gallons of yellow grease to Pristine Biodiesel for refining into biodiesel. The contract will pay Freedom $1.75 per gallon and provide up to several thousand gallons (TBD) of biodiesel for its service fleet of 23 diesel trucks. Michael Borish, CEO, Freedom Environmental, said, "This is one of many new revenue streams we plan to leverage out as part of our recent merger with Brownies Environmental. We now have the capability to deliver thousands of gallons of yellow grease picked up from our paid service contracts to our processor for additional revenue. We believe, but cannot guarantee, that this contract alone represents over $1 million in annual revenue for Freedom," said Borish. Bio Diesel is made from sustainable renewable resources that are abundant and available right here in the United States. It is made from plant oil, animal fats and even recycled grease and works in conventional diesel engines. Bio Diesel significantly reduces harmful emissions. Bio Diesel is better for the environment because it is made from renewable resources and has lower emissions compared to petroleum diesel. It is less toxic than table salt and biodegrades as fast as sugar. Since it is made in the USA from renewable resources such as soybeans, its use decreases our dependence on foreign oil and contributes to our own economy. Brownies' Wastewater Solutions Mike Ciarlone, an 18 year veteran, will stay on as COO running the day to day operations. "We believe that this merger allows us to expand our market base into the entire State of Florida," said Freedom CEO, Michael Borish. "The newly acquired equipment and services allow us to optimize our wastewater solutions while promoting a green and sustainable environment," Borish also said. Management believes that the global market for green technologies is estimated to grow to $700 billion by the end of 2010 on the back of demand for advanced and efficient distribution, collection, transfer, and treatment solutions. Numerous green technologies are being utilized for optimum water and wastewater treatment while promoting a green and sustainable environment. This green movement includes optimum water and wastewater management among utilities and industries. Companies are increasingly resorting to green technologies to not only conserve resources but to also save costs. Management believes that the combination of Freedom's wastewater treatment processes with Brownies' unparalleled service in waste management and disposal will enhance Freedom's ability to participate more aggressively in the fast-growing, highly profitable green technologies. Green Baron Conclusion Freedom Environmental successfully acquired a company doing business in Florida for over 60 years with revenues many times its own. The acquisition of Brownies Wastewater was a brilliant move that should make shareholders of FRDM very happy in the near future. Additionally, the purchase of Vac and Jet Services should add to revenues nicely, and proven revenues and earnings quarter over quarter should gain confidence in the market for FRDM stock. The Green Baron Report is honestly shocked that FRDM continues to trade so low. After the acquisitions were completed, we thought FRDM would gain significant strength and begin to trade back to a range well over .10 per share. We suppose a lack of news and a lackluster summer weighed heavily, and there was never enough volume to break the stock out to higher levels. However, we believe this time FRDM is positioned to rally and stay up. We find it very fortunate that our members can benefit yet again by acquiring shares at this price level. We are confident that FRDM will likely become our best performing stock of 2010, and we give it our strongest support. If you are able, we strongly suggest members to enter a position this morning while FRDM is still at this ridiculous price. Contact: Freedom Environmental Services, Inc.
