Website: www.ccmedicalinc.com Complete Care Medical, Inc. is goal oriented to provide cost effective direct-to-consumer medical products and services that maximize revenue opportunities for its partners and shareholders. The company is currently working on launching new divisions designated to deal with disease specific illnesses in the United States and South America. CCMI Products & Protocols CCMI is currently selling prescription medication, urology supplies, ostomy supplies, diabetes testing supplies, and respiratory products via mail order with little or no cost to the patient. Sales of these products generate a minimum 50% profit margin for the Company. CCMI also plans to generate significant profit margins from the sales of other disease specific medical supplies (i.e., a malaria protocol), health related supplies (supplements) and durable medical equipment. Urological - In the urological incontinence segment, CCMI developed a protocol that provides up to a $1400 per month reimbursement per patient, or $16,800 per year. Thus, CCMI has the ability to generate significantly higher revenues and profit margins from fewer patients. CCMI is currently servicing patients in this market segment and has begun an aggressive ad campaign that has been quite successful and adding new patients weekly. Diabetic CCMI provides meters, test strips, lancets, lancing devices, control solution and educational materials for its diabetic patients through its wholly-owned division Diabetes Gold www.diabetesgold.com. Diabetes Gold provides patients with products at 50% savings over average retail prices, and enhances their ability to successfully manage their chronic conditions and the requisite compliance. The average reimbursement for diabetic is $800 per year. Currently, CCMI has 150 diabetic patients. Ostomy It is estimated that there are approximately 650,000 ostomy patients in the United States. This is a secondary market for CCMI, but it was activated because a number of urological patients also require ostomy supplies. Ostomy represents a high profit/high margin reimbursement at approximately $700-$800 per month. Prescription Medication CCMI has a wholly owned pharmacy that is licensed in all 50 states, called CarePharm www.carepharmpharmacy.com. CarePharm utilizes the latest in technology and the efficiency of proven automated dispensing systems to provide reliable and efficient prescription medication to its clients. To date, each CCMI medical supply patient takes an average of four to six oral medications per month, and remains a loyal client because of the outstanding service provided by CCMI.Going ForwardMalaria Between 350 and 500 million clinical episodes of malaria occur every year, and at least one million people die every year from malaria. CCMI has finalized an exclusive licensing agreement for the only known cure for Malaria - recognized by the World Health Organization. Under the agreement, CCMI has the rights to Intellectual Property, Packaging, Marketing and Distribution of the cure. The company expects this segment to be a significant part of the CCMI global strategy and revenue stream. CCMI has created a non-profit corporation that will generate donations for its Malaria First Aid Kit. The kit will be purchased through CCMI then donated to needy individuals and families throughout the world. Mastectomy There are approximately 3.4 million mastectomy patients in the US. The mastectomy protocol is approved and reimbursable by Medicare and insurance. It is a high profit/high margin reimbursement secondary market for CCMI, representing a revenue stream of approximately $700-$800 per patient/per month. Nutraceuticals A complete line of 130, all natural vitamins and mineral supplements that are ready to market have been developed under private labeled for CCMI. The formulations are FDA approved and have been developed by a manufacturer with an excellent reputation who own natural mineral mines. The formulator does work for large companies like Revlon, and provide a turnkey product with a call center at a 30% profit. There is currently serious consideration that Medicare and Insurance may reimburse for nutritional supplements in the near future. |
