FRDM - Free Level ll Quotes

Although we have privately researched and followed today’s new “Stock Alert” for the past month, it is with great enthusiasm and excitement that we pinpoint this stock idea for our members today and rush to get this report out while the stock is near the year low.  This one has it all, and we hope you are ready to act on this alert immediately. Although very speculative, this stock could provide triple, and maybe even, quadruple percentage returns due to the extreme low price it now trades and the fundamental potential of its businesses.

The Green Baron Report is officially making Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (PK: FRDM) our newest Green Baron “Stock Alert”, and we strongly suggest members accumulate FRDM as close to our profile price as possible.  Results compiled from the most recent trade prior to dissemination of this report to the subsequent high will be closely monitored at www.thegreenbaron.com and through email updates to members.  We have very aggressive price projections for FRDM and believe the stock has huge upside potential based on several positive fundamental factors.

TRADER’S NOTES:  FRDM is a fully registered and reporting company traded on the Pinksheets and OTCQB. The stock is represented by a numerous active market makers that typically keep a tight spread on the stock.  The high bid and low offer is typically about a tenth of a cent.  We suggest members go to www.otcmarkets.com and enter FRDM to get free level II real-time quotes.

FRDM has dropped from much higher prices to trade in the pennies over the past few months due in part to weak overall market conditions.  FRDM has the ability to rally 100 to 200% in a day due in part to an extremely low float and low market cap.  The stock legitimately traded actively between .20 and .30 per share as recently as April, and is just coming off its 52-week low.  We believe the technical picture will soon shift and FRDM will begin to trend higher.

Freedom Environmental Services, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is a "Green" wastewater management company that provides the most comprehensive, cost-effective and reliable treatment systems and services. Freedom offers conventional wastewater treatment processes and systems, disinfection systems and cleaning contracts.  The Company recently signed an agreement to sell its recycled grease for use in biofuel production.

Freedom has structured contracts with many of Florida’s major chain food restaurants to collect their yellow and fry grease.  Freedom now has the ability to recycle the grease and make a substantial profit with companies that refine biodiesel.  Volume is expected to increase substantially over the coming months, and the Company is excited to kick off this new revenue stream with strong numbers.

Additionally, Freedom is looking to greatly expand its commercial wastewater management and commercial plumbing businesses.  Freedom can execute the complicated jobs quickly and cost effectively.  Its goal is to provide the best service at the best value.  We understand that Freedom’s strong customer service is highly regarded.

The market cap of FRDM at this price is less than $1 million.  If Freedom can continue to grow revenues aggressively and go profitable by year-end, we believe FRDM could trade back to its April trading levels of .20 to .30 per share soon.  CEO Michael Borish appears intent on producing for his shareholders and we believe the stock is a steal at this price.

Waste to Energy

Yielding Bio-Energy from Waste

Strategically FES is committed to the development and production of fuels and natural bio-organic products derived from waste and by-products in the future. As an integral part of this chain today with the capture of organics and grease from commercial restaurant operators, Freedom intends to launch full collection to production capacity in the next two years.  Freedom intends to develop Vertical Organic Collection Systems within regional and super-regional metropolitan areas by acquiring market leading operators as platforms and will use this business model in building regional facilities in the southeast and nationwide. The Company currently does not have this capacity, however, the Company's strategic business plan includes the near term launch of this component.

The Company is committed to this strategic direction for the company, as a corporate citizen of the same planet that we all inhabit it not only appears to be good business but good stewardship of our shared natural resources. Please read below to learn more about this dynamic and growing process.

Delivering Products that are Relevant
Biofuels are produced from living organisms or from organic or food waste products and meet, or exceed, rigorous EPA Clean Air Act standards. Because it is derived from renewable resources, biodiesel is an environmentally-conscious fuel choice, is a clean-burning alternative fuel and significantly reduces harmful emissions associated with global warming, while enhancing lubricity of conventional diesel fuel.

Converting excess Bio-Organics and Bio-Solids to Fertilizer
Processed waste bi-products and bio-organic solids produce cost effective fertilizer products for the commercial market. Regulatory and public pressures on bio-solids programs have increased diversification and use options in recent years. Heat drying and pellet production are perfect choices for bio-solids producers ready to develop secure, long-term outlets for their bio-solids (Stock photo, not a Freedom Facility).

FES intends to process excess waste bio-solids from its Vertical Organic Collection Systems into environmentally acceptable fertilizers for the commercial and export markets.

Residential Services

Residential Investment Protection
Septic systems can be the most economical way of disposing wastewater from your home if they are installed and maintained properly. Not maintaining your system and pumping your septic tank regularly puts your system and health at risk. This risk could eventually cost thousands of dollars, not to mention the mess and aggravation of a failed system.

Environmental Failure
Residential septic systems fail causing significant environmental liability and risk of disease. It makes perfect environmental and financial sense to protect a wastewater system before a catastrophe occurs. Freedom Environmental Services provides programs to protect Homeowners and Residential Building owners from environmental and financial disaster by automatically ensuring that your system is in perfect working order and anticipating and fixing challenges before they occur.

Your family, neighborhood and the environment blend to determine your quality of Life. Freedom Environmental Services has developed an iron clad system for protecting your family and neighborhood from unwanted environmental failure. FES has developed a Residential Protection System for personal, communal and multi-family, septic based wastewater systems that combines maintenance with vigilance to ensure that your family, neighborhood and environment will not be compromised for less than the annual cost of a Fitness Center Membership. And you can participate in our success.

Recent Key Press Releases

Wednesday, June 16, 2010 - Freedom Environmental Makes Positive Correction to Previously Announced Biofuel Contract From Northeast Biodiesel Company -

Freedom Estimates Initially It Will Sell 30,000 Gallons of Grease Per Month at $1.80 Per Gallon, Not $1.70 as Previously Reported - ORLANDO, FL (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Freedom Environmental Services (Pink Sheets: FRDM) stated today an error was made in the previously announced contract with Northeast Biodiesel for the purchase of Freedom's reclaimed grease. Freedom anticipates collecting 30,000 gallons of grease per month initially, which will then be shipped to Northeast's existing processing facilities to be turned into biofuel and resold. Freedom is to receive $1.80 per gallon for the grease it collects from existing commercial clients.

Company president Michael Borish stated, "I'm excited about this new contract. While we can't guarantee how much grease we will actually ship to Northeast, we're estimating that we will start out with shipping around 30,000 gallons per month and scale up from there. I expect substantial growth in this segment of our business."

A spokesperson for Freedom noted the company is getting numerous inquiries about recycled grease for use in biofuel production. The company sees this contract with Northeast as validation of its "green" business model. This contract should substantially increase Freedom's revenue stream while it participates in saving the environment by recycling grease that would normally be discarded.

Monday, May 24, 2010 - Freedom Environmental Reports 346% Revenue Increase Year Over Year - Green Technology and Commercial Custom Growth Seen as Key for Expansion - ORLANDO, Fla., May 24, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Freedom Environmental Services announced its first quarter revenue for 2010 had increased 346% over last year. Freedom reported approximately $103,000 in the first quarter of 2010 versus approximately $30,000 in previous year's revenue.

Freedom's president Michael Borish stated, "Our revenue jumped in the first quarter due to our expansion of our commercial base and greater penetration of residential markets. We have a strong commitment to 'green' technologies and the environment.  A major part of Freedom's expansion is due to creating customer awareness on how we can save them money while protecting the environment. Our Septi-Free product line is a 'green' product that protects septic systems and saves our customers money. As we move forward with biofuel derived from grease, we plan to use our existing customer base to collect not only their grease trap waste but to potentially also collect their fryer grease which can be used for biofuel. We expect substantial constant gains in both market presence and revenue growth."

A spokesperson for Freedom stated Freedom's business model in 2010 is moving rapidly forward. The commercial base is expanding with contracts being signed with national chains like 7-Eleven, Little Caesars Pizza and CiCi's. Also, as previously noted, management anticipates, but cannot guarantee, potential revenue from biofuel of $600,000 over the next year once implementation begins.

A spokesperson for Freedom noted operating expenses were $4.7 million in 2009, down from $8.0 million in 2008.

Freedom's CEO Michael Borish said, "In 2008 we encountered numerous costs to entry in certain markets. These costs have been reduced by our growth and economies of scale. We expect 2010 to be strong as we roll out our Septi-Free product and expand the number of national chain stores that we service. As "Green" becomes a focal point in the U.S., more "green" business opportunities present themselves to Freedom. I am excited about where we are as a company and where we are going!"

A company spokesperson noted that monthly use of Freedom's Septi-Free product, in their opinion, extends the life of drain field, keeping it flowing while potentially avoiding costly repairs.

Freedom's CEO Michael Borish said "Septi-Free represents another key component to Freedom's 2010 business plan. At approximately $50 per bottle, we see this as reasonable insurance for homeowners on septic systems. Along with its proprietary "Septi-Clean" product, Freedom will be ramping up its sales of "The Grease Separator" to the Florida market. Freedom will also offer "The Grease Separator" nationwide through various equipment and restaurant supply catalogs and other distribution channels. Michael Borish, CEO stated, "With exclusive licensing rights to market "The Grease Separator" in North America, Freedom is poised, in our opinion, to deliver outstanding return on investment in 2010. Monday, November 16, 2010 - Freedom Environmental, Inc. Launches National Ad Campaign on Bloomberg - Freedom Environmental is proud to announce its nationwide debut on Bloomberg Networks, one of the business sector's most prestigious news outlets. The National media campaign is led by Freedom's proprietary television commercial which highlights its service offerings and also aims to establish and enhance its Freedom Partner Network, whereby service providers in different markets can take advantage of becoming part of the Freedom Network of local partners. The goal of the program is to establish Freedom as a leading environmental and wastewater brand name in North America, as well as expanding its business footprint nationwide. As part of the Freedom Network, local service providers can take advantage of the Freedom Brand and advertising on the national markets, while delivering those services where Freedom may not have a physical presence.

The launch of our Partners Program helps Freedom establish a national presence more rapidly than a bricks and mortar expansion."

Green Baron Conclusion

Freedom Environmental is positioned to make money through its business to collect and recycle grease from large chain restaurants, and sell it to biofuel companies.  Now that Freedom has identified the opportunity and is proving its viability and profitability, it is only a matter to time before revenues and profits skyrocket particularly as more top-tier, name brand customers are added.  The contract with Northeast Biodiesel provides Freedom a strong buyer for its product.

We also believe Freedom is positioned to grow and merge its conventional wastewater treatment business with others.  Economies of scale would work to benefit the Company, and many hold high regard for Freedom Environmental.  Freedom’s patented ”Septi-Free” product and “The Grease Separator” would experience huge sales increases if the Company could successful buy or merge with other in this business.

FRDM stock has struggled recently in a very challenging general market.  Since March 2010 when most stocks began to demonstrate serious weakness, FRDM has dropped from about .27 to about .02.  The Green Baron Report believes this is a perfect time to accumulate FRDM, and with any help from the Company or the general market, this stock could rally back up to .20 to .30 per share over the near to medium term.
