Before the open this past Thursday, July 22, we released our new Green Baron “Stock Alert” Freedom Environmental (FRDM). In our update on Friday, we stated that FRDM “truly has the potential to go up 1000%”. Even though our commentary was some of our most bullish in history, FRDM closed weak on Friday on big volume just below our profile price at .0195 per share. Members had two full trading days to accumulate FRDM at prices between .0185 and .0275 … and we are sure glad you did!
Yesterday morning, FRDM started to trade up as we predicted. The stock rallied on the opening bell to hit .06 per share, and eventually close the day at .0325 up 61.9% on the day. The high at .06 was an amazing 207.6% above Friday’s close. Again, volume was active at over 1.7 million shares traded.
Regardless of yesterday’s strong move up, we still believe that it is “tiny compared to what is coming!” We remind members again that FRDM was over .07 just over four weeks ago, and it hit .22 the month before that. If you go back just three months, FRDM hit as high as .34 per share. FRDM shares pulled back yesterday to close at .0325 per share, well off the day high of .06 per share.
Now, Freedom has just released news today that further confirms our belief that FRDM is going much, much higher. In today’s press release, Freedom announced that it has begun weekly delivery of yellow grease to Pristine Biodiesel for refining into biodiesel fuel. The successful start of these deliveries further validates Freedom’s business plan, and we believe with only about 14 million shares in the float that FRDM can return to its April 2010 price levels over the near-term. With that being said, we suggest our members continue to accumulate at current prices and on any weakness.
ORLANDO, FL – (7/26/10) — Freedom Environmental Services (OTC: FRDM) announced today that it has begun weekly delivery of in the estimation of management, as much as 12,000 gallons of yellow grease to Pristine Biodiesel for refining into biodiesel. The contract will pay Freedom $1.75 per gallon and provide up to several thousand gallons (TBD) of biodiesel for its service fleet of 23 diesel trucks.
Michael Borish, CEO, Freedom Environmental, said, “This is one of many new revenue streams we plan to leverage out as part of our recent merger with Brownies Environmental.” “We now have the capability to deliver thousands of gallons of yellow grease picked up from our paid service contracts to our processor for additional revenue. We believe, but cannot guarantee that this contract alone represents over $1 million in annual revenue for Freedom,” said Borish.
Bio Diesel is made from sustainable renewable resources that are abundant and available right here in the United States.
